Druckman & Sinel,
LLP concentrates in real estate and lending institution law, with
emphasis on conventional, privately insured, FHA and VA mortgage
foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and REO issues throughout the
State of New York. We pride ourselves on beating investor timelines
on a consistent basis.
The members
of the firm handle a significant volume of foreclosure, bankruptcy,
eviction and REO matters each year and are thoroughly familiar with
the procedures prevailing for each county throughout New York State.
The firm is
also involved in numerous matters which are considered out of the
ordinary, such as surrogate proceedings, partition actions, title
claims, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, orders to show cause,
and appeals. We also handle real estate financing for residential
and commercial matters of all sizes.
While the firm
handles cases throughout the state, our office locations in Manhattan
and Westbury provide us access within one hour to all down-state
counties.
The attorneys are supported by a large group of highly trained and
experienced legal assistants, paralegals, secretaries, docketing clerks and
other support staff. Each department has its own paralegals, secretaries,
docketing clerks and other support staff that are responsible for
following the tracking of cases throughout the court system. There
are specific staff members in the foreclosure department for pre-sale,
sale and after sale matters, as well as a litigation department.
Over the years
we have pioneered computer-assisted case tracking and developed
a state-of-the-art automation system. When a file is opened it is
entered on our computer systems and each case is tracked from inception
to completion. Each step of the foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction
and REO process is closely monitored to identify problems and eliminate
delays. The system separately tracks foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction
and REO cases, and allows us to generate weekly status reports in
order to keep our clients properly and accurately informed.
Our firm is
a member of the United States Foreclosure Network (USFN). We are the senior member Firm in the State of New York. This select group of attorneys and trustees throughout the United States are evaluated, nominated and accepted
only after being closely scrutinized. USFN firms must meet the highest
standards of professionalism and service, and have the most extensive
experience in all aspects of the mortgage servicing industry. All
USFN firms must give exceptional representation to mortgage servicers
in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and REOs, as
well as other foreclosure related subjects.
Fee schedule:
Our firm generally follows the Fannie Mae (FNMA) fee schedule; however, we are
flexible and will work with clients to develop a fee structure that
is mutually beneficial.
